Multipurpose Room With Endless Possibilities

In an awesome homage to Baltimore Ravens football, this basement has a black and purple theme! There's a lot of space to work with here. One room combines a wet bar with a theater, two other rooms were made into game rooms, then there is a workout area and a teenager's bedroom with an attached bathroom. There is also even more space with potential for a home office.

• Epson projector with Stewart 100” Firehawk screen in theater area.
• One design challenge was to work around existing load-bearing columns in theater/wet bar area. Space is maximized by mounting speakers behind acoustic panels and utilizing a speaker bar directly beneath the screen.
• Salamander JumpSeat Ottomans do not take up too much floor space, but provide extra seating when needed.
