We'll meet with you in your home or at Gramophone’s Design Center to discuss your vision. Whether you come to us with a detailed idea inspired by professional design photos, or just a palette of your favorite colors, we will work with you to create something amazing. Then we'll present a comprehensive proposal including documentation of build-out, audio/video options, furniture and accessories, material swatches, 3D renderings, and Computer Aided Design (CAD) drawings to really bring your dream to life.
From framing out the space, to installing the systems, to coordinating all the necessary crews, we’ll provide you with the highest level of on- and off-site project management. Our trained technicians take great pride in the work they do, the homes they work in, and the customers they work for. They take care of your home with an attention to detail that exceeds expectations, and full understanding of the ins and outs of sophisticated technology, making it easy for you and your family to relax and enjoy your new system.
Even after the project is complete, we’ll provide support, service, and maintenance to ensure the everlasting enjoyment of your new space. Technology can be a moving target, but at Gramophone we stand behind everything we do. We have field technicians who can update your system if needed, provide on-site maintenance, and repair products in-house if your equipment ever requires service.
