But we don't stop there: Our staff ensures that our vendors and partners offer proper warranties and behind-the-scene support to our engineering team to ensure our clients the best experience possible. - Do you offer trade-in or trade-up options?
Gramophone wants our clients to own the best. Although we do our best to advise on your initial purchase, we recognize you might change your mind or want to upgrade. Our programs allow you to never second guess your decision, and help you upgrade equipment should your space change and require updates. Speaker Trade-Up Program: Gramophone proudly offers our clients the ability to trade up certain products within one year of the initial purchase date. Eligible merchandise must be in "like new" condition with original packaging, and cannot be a special order, discontinued item, custom architectural product, or limited opportunity item. Items with Custom and Special finishes may not qualify. Upgrade must exceed 50% of the initial purchase price. See store for complete details. Trade-In Program: Have equipment you no longer use, or that no longer fits your needs? We welcome the value of trade-ins toward the purchase of new equipment, such as speakers & amplifiers. Used Equipment: Our on-site service department inspects, tests, and certifies all trade-in equipment. We extend a 90-day warranty on all items.
- What is your return policy?
We want you to be thrilled with your purchases from Gramophone, so we offer a 30-day exchange policy on most everything we offer. This policy does not apply to any special orders, custom finishes or final sale items.
Repairs & Service
- Do you service old equipment?
Gramophone maintains an in-house service department and provides repair and maintenance for our customers for all of the brands that we represent. Our service department is available for repairs and maintenance for equipment purchased elsewhere as well. A quick call to our service department (410-308-1650) is all it takes to find out how we can help.
- What happens when new technology comes out? Will I need to buy all new equipment?
In many cases, no. We offer a wide range of products that offers great performance and in many cases, are "future proof." Many of the brands we recommend can be updated through software, just like a smartphone. Some of our brands are "modular" which means that we can add or replace a circuit board to add new features and capabilities without starting from scratch. No matter what, Gramophone has a complete range of services to make sure that you can enjoy the latest in technology easily.
